Become a Samaritan
GSR desperately needs Samaritan's like you to help us in meeting the needs of thousands around the world who are hurting. We appreciate and need monetary donations, but we also need you. If you have a skill you think may be of service, or are just willing to give of your time, please let us know.
Current needs we have are:
- 1. Bio-medical repair technician to help inspect and service medical equipment.
- 2. Bicycle and Wheelchair repair people to fix said items.
- 3. Computer repair technician to repair and/or rebuild older computers.
- 4. People with carpentry skills to build shipping crates or help repair infrastructure.
- 5. Volunteer groups and individuals to help sort, count, and pack items to be shipped.
- 6. People to pray for the work being done and for those we are trying to serve.
Become a PVO
A Private Volunteer Organization is a governmentally recognized and registered organization within the country it is servicing. It is also a specific designation within GSR to allow those organizations that have completed appropriate steps with us and their host country's US embassy to receive additional US government surplus goods. GSR recognized PVO's serve not only as recipients of donated and governmental surplus goods, they also serve as future strategic points of contact and distribution when crises occur in their area.
